Job Description - Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Olivia is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and maintaining positive relationships with them. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority, perfect for those looking to gain experience in client relations.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and video conferences. 2. Assist with resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. 4. Update client records and information in our CRM system accurately. 5. Help in planning and organizing client events or activities. 6. Collaborate with the Client Relations Manager to develop strategies for improving client relationships.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 2. Excellent planning and organization skills to manage client interactions effectively. 3. Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. 4. Energetic and enthusiastic about working with clients in a remote setting. 5. No prior experience required, as training will be provided.
