Job Description:
PLDT, a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Assistant. This is a remote work opportunity based in Parañaque, NCR.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and developing positive relationships with clients - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels such as email, phone calls, and video conferences - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies - Provide administrative support to the Client Relations team as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Resilient and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Ability to engage in strategic planning and project management - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
