Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication - Handling client complaints and resolving issues in a satisfactory manner - Providing product information and assistance to clients as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Monitoring client satisfaction and taking proactive steps to improve customer experience

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage with clients effectively and professionally - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
