Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team at Balikbayad. This is a remote work opportunity based in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other means of communication to understand their needs and provide solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are being met - Assist in developing strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction - Prepare reports on client feedback and key performance metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Resilient and resourceful mindset - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
