Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

First Circle is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Understanding client needs and providing customized solutions - Communicating with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Monitoring client feedback and implementing improvements to enhance client experience - Assisting in the development of client engagement strategies - Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements: - Strong project management skills - Excellent attention to detail - Energetic and hardworking personality - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
