Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Philippine Airlines is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This is a remote work position based in Manila, NCR, PH.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their key requirements and preferences. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, including coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer service departments. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular feedback and surveys, and implement improvements as needed. 5. Identify new business opportunities within existing client base and work towards increasing client retention and revenue. 6. Prepare and deliver regular reports on client relations activities and outcomes to senior management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights for client management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. 4. Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in handling challenging situations. 5. Excellent cooperation and research skills to anticipate client needs and provide solutions proactively. 6. Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving business goals. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management.
