Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Representative to join our team at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines. This is a remote work position based in Pasig, NCR, PH and is part-time in nature. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Actively listen to client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess their level of satisfaction. 7. Provide support to the sales team by assisting in client acquisition and retention efforts. 8. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in client relations or a similar role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Resourceful and able to adapt to changing client needs. 6. Possess emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 8. A high degree of professionalism and integrity.
