Job Description:
Coins.ph, a leading digital wallet and mobile payments app in the Philippines, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team remotely. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a passionate and independent individual with at least 1 year of experience in client relations or customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to address any inquiries, issues, or feedback. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients to showcase the benefits of using Coins.ph services. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. 5. Gather feedback from clients to report to the product development team for continuous improvement of our services. 6. Assist in resolving any technical issues or challenges that clients may encounter while using the platform. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong persuasion and presentation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
