Job Description:
As a Client Relations Specialist at Globe Telecom, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued loyalty. This is a remote work position based in Parañaque, NCR in the Philippines, requiring part-time availability. In this Associate Level role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in client relations.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products, services, and promotions to clients to facilitate decision-making and drive sales. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels. 5. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Hardworking and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others. 6. Experience in customer service or client relations roles is preferred.
