Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Specialist at KMC Solutions, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely from our Quezon City, NCR location. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, possess strong project management skills, and excel at making sound decisions.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope. - Proactively identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts and assist in developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. - Analyze key performance indicators to track client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement as needed. - Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to provide updates, gather feedback, and discuss future plans. - Handle any escalations from clients professionally and work to find swift resolutions to issues.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Proven experience in client relations or account management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent decision-making abilities and the confidence to take charge of challenging situations. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
