Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Meralco, a leading energy company in the Philippines, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients in Davao City. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations and a confident, resourceful personality.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients in Davao City, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Coordinate with other departments within the company to address client concerns and provide solutions. - Manage client accounts, including updating information, processing requests, and resolving any billing or payment issues. - Communicate proactively with clients to keep them informed of updates, promotions, and any changes to services. - Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the management team.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Resourceful and able to think on your feet to find solutions to client issues. - Confident in your abilities to handle challenging situations and difficult clients. - Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a team player. - Exceptional cooperation and people management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
