Expedock is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Assistant to join our remote team based in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority requiring at least 1 year of experience, this role is perfect for candidates with a passion for customer service and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting of our software platform - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and provide regular reporting to management - Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions to enhance the client experience
Requirements: - Independent and confident with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate various client situations - Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
