Job Description:
Humble Sustainability is looking for a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote work, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with any questions or issues they may have regarding our products and services. 3. Maintain client records and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience for clients. 5. Handle client complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner. 6. Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to improve overall satisfaction. 7. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve services. 8. Assist in creating training materials for new employees in the client service department.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strategic planning abilities to proactively address client needs. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
