Client Service Associate - Remote Work

BeamAndGo is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate for remote work. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, login issues, and other technical support needs - Process orders, payments, and refunds as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to improve overall client satisfaction - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions

Requirements: - 2 years of customer service or related experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and resourceful mindset - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required
