Cropital, a leading agricultural crowdfunding platform, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our remote team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is perfect for an experienced professional with 4 years of customer service or client relations experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience. - Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to drive retention and growth. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
