Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team on a remote work basis. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role requires a high level of adaptability, passion for customer service, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the client experience - Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions - Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of adaptability and passion for customer service - Demonstrated project management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
