Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Wilcon Depot. This is a remote work position based in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines, with a part-time schedule and a mid-to-senior level seniority level.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients. 5. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner. 6. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to clients on service performance and KPIs. 7. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition process. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Requirements: 1. At least 7 years of experience in client service or a relevant field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 4. Proven track record of innovation and project management. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
