Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

NextPay is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. The ideal candidate for this part-time, mid-to-senior level position should have at least 8 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed - Work with the sales team to strategize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - Proven experience in client service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and motivation to drive continuous improvement - Emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and remotely, managing a team effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
