Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Expedock is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team remotely based in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase customer loyalty - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of client service representatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client service management, preferably in a remote work setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Creativity and time management skills
