Job Description:
Humble Sustainability is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts, providing updates, and coordinating communications between clients and internal teams - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall client experience - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and promote company services to clients - Prepare and deliver reports on client performance and satisfaction metrics - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service delivery
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 8 years of experience in client service management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely and managing client relationships from a distance
