Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work


Job Description: Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. - Assist with project management tasks to support the delivery of client services. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed. - Contribute to the growth and success of the company by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Adaptable and dedicated approach to work. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. - Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
