Job Description:
Kumu is seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch customer service and support.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services - Assist clients with account management tasks, such as updating information and processing payments - Log all client interactions and keep accurate records of client communication - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Identify and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Confidence in dealing with clients and providing solutions to their concerns - Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
