Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. 7. Assist in the development of client support strategies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. 3. Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
