Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

BeautyMNL is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as a Client Support Assistant. This is a remote, part-time position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist clients with product recommendations, order tracking, and feedback collection. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to help enhance the overall customer experience.
