Job Description:
Saphron is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Assistant to join our remote team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support, with a passion for customer service and a strong ability to think critically and analyze situations effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication with clients. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to management. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge to effectively address client concerns. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. 8. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 2. 3+ years of experience in client support or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to think critically and analyze complex situations. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. 7. Experience working remotely is a plus. 8. Dedicated and resourceful personality traits.
