Job Description:
Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote-based, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on first call resolution. 3. Provide accurate information regarding Cebu Pacific Air products, services, and policies. 4. Assist clients with booking, cancellations, and modifications to their travel plans. 5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of complex issues. 6. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience. 8. Adhere to company policies and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles for at least 3 years. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Hardworking attitude and confidence in handling client interactions. 8. Innovative thinking and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
