**Job Description:**
Qwikwire is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Client Support Associate to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting with various support tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support issues - Resolve client escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities - Continuously strive to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management for process improvement
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Driven individual who is able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
