Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a talented and motivated Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and product offerings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
