Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation is looking for a Client Support Associate to join our team in a remote work setup. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time, entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. 5. Provide product information and guidance to clients. 6. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed. 7. Proactively identify ways to improve the client experience and suggest solutions to management.

Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. 2. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients and resolve conflicts. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
