Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


NextPay is seeking a skilled Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team on a remote part-time basis. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of client support specialists, overseeing their daily activities and ensuring that all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall client experience. 3. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to provide feedback and insights based on client interactions. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services. 6. Train and onboard new client support team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptable and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Critical thinking skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 6. Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and coach team members. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 8. Experience working remotely is preferred.
