Job Description:
As a Client Support Manager at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients remotely from your location in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience in client support and a strong background in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Provide guidance and support to clients on Hilton's products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and find solutions - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies - Lead a team of remote support specialists and provide coaching and training as needed - Ensure all client interactions are documented and tracked accurately in the system
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or a related field - Motivated and adaptable individual with a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work remotely and manage a team in a virtual setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
