Job Description: FlySpaces is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team and provide remote support from Davao City, Davao, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate for this role should have at least 7 years of relevant experience in client support and management.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional remote support to clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the overall client experience. 5. Analyze data and metrics to track client support performance and identify trends to improve processes and procedures. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to drive business growth and retention.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in client support or account management roles. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. 8. Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate with colleagues. 9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 10. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
