Job Description:
Storm Technologies is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. 2. Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests, offering solutions and guidance as needed. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and projects are completed successfully. 4. Monitor client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, using CRM software to track progress and outcomes. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients and provide valuable insights and recommendations. 7. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or account management. 3. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Resourceful and dedicated mindset.
