Job Description - Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Expedock is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our remote team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical support, and account management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and problems are resolved effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Proven experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptable and resourceful in a remote work setting - Soft skills such as persuasion and adaptability are a plus
