Cloudstaff is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in a remote work position. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and adaptable to changing situations - Strong attention to detail - Customer service experience is a plus
