Job Description:
Penshoppe, a leading retail company in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to assist clients with inquiries, orders, and concerns. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates to information and orders. 3. Develop a strong understanding of Penshoppe products and services to effectively address client needs. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide feedback for process improvements. 5. Meet and exceed key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all clients, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino. 3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to make quick decisions. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus. 5. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
