Job Description:
Megaworld Corporation is looking for a dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat. 2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address client concerns effectively. 3. Collaborate with other team members to address complex client issues. 4. Document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times and client satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Proven experience in client support or customer service. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools. 6. Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Willingness to cooperate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
