Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work in the beautiful city of Davao, Philippines.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner. - Provide support and guidance to clients on how to best utilize our products and services to meet their needs. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments. - Conduct regular analysis of client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. - Assist in the development of training materials and resources for clients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role. - Independent and dedicated work ethic. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. - A passion for sustainability and urban farming is a plus.
