Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Fetch Valet, a leading provider of virtual assistant services, is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to provide support and assistance - Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and processes

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong adaptability and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with computer software and systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
