Job Description: Pushkart.ph is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level position, the Contact Center Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the contact center operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, and possess strong time management and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members - Assist with order management, including tracking and processing orders, and updating customers on their order status - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance job performance
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center software - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities - Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Decision-making skills to resolve customer issues effectively
