Humble Sustainability is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Meet or exceed daily performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent multitasking abilities - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
