Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Contact Center Associate to join our team at Robinsons Land Corporation. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This position is part-time and offers the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat - Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services - Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintaining customer records and documentation accurately - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company - Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Ability to negotiate effectively with customers - Experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Must be comfortable using technology and learning new software quickly
