Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Laboratories is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team for remote work in Taguig, NCR, PH. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. 3. Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals. 5. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions. 6. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful attitude with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Proven experience in customer service or contact center operations. 4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours with the possibility of evening or weekend shifts.
