Job Description:
Pushkart.ph is seeking a reliable and passionate Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote and based in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Entry Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers in placing orders, resolving product or service issues, and providing product recommendations. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns effectively and efficiently. 4. Utilize emotional intelligence to de-escalate challenging situations and provide empathetic support to customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 6. Use problem-solving skills to identify root causes of customer problems and implement solutions. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and log all interactions in the company database. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills in English. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. 4. Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
