Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a part-time position with the opportunity for growth, this role requires a seniority level of Associate and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations. 2. Oversee a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 6. Implement training programs for contact center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable personality traits to navigate the dynamic nature of a remote work environment. 2. Resourcefulness to find creative solutions to challenges that may arise. 3. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Emotional intelligence to effectively manage team dynamics and handle difficult situations. 5. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service management role. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
