Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Expedock is seeking a passionate and resilient Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or preferred location in Makati, NCR, Philippines.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center, including monitoring call center metrics, ensuring high quality customer service, and implementing best practices - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations - Train and mentor contact center staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing outstanding customer service - Resilient in the face of challenges and setbacks


Soft Skills: - Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making - Effective planning and time management abilities
