Qwikwire is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. This position is based in Manila, NCR, PH, and is suitable for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide information on products, services, and company policies - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of professionalism - Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics set by the company
Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure - Experience in people management is a plus - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
