Job Description - Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Acudeen Technologies is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This is a remote work position with the opportunity for entry-level professionals to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and patience - Update customer records and follow up on customer issues as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet established performance metrics for call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Fluency in English and Filipino languages preferred
