Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Balikbayad. This is a remote, part-time position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH with an entry-level seniority level and zero years of experience required. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, possess strong problem-solving and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Use CRM software to track and manage customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets - Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic in a virtual environment

Requirements: - Must be driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to problem-solve and think critically in fast-paced situations - Strong planning and organizational skills - Comfortable working remotely and using technology - High school diploma or equivalent
