AllCare is seeking a driven and resourceful Contact Center Specialist to join our team remotely in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Experience in people management is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
